For practices with limited or no staff, PBA has a unique, log system that requires a minimal amount of paperwork on the doctor's part. At the end of the billing cycle, simply send us the logsheet along with any insurance vouchers (eobs) and registration sheets for new patients. Within a week, PBA mails out insurance claims, patient bills and you receive monthly financial reports with patient balance information. |

For group practices, or when there is high claim volume, we recommend using our on-line Scheduler to transmit the basic billing information. Clients use the Scheduler to book appointments and PBA runs schedule reports to create claims from this information. The Scheduler is also helpful in recognizing problems with slow paying accounts or lapsed authorizations BEFORE you book the appointments. This automated system eliminates many hours you would otherwise spend preparing superbills, copying patient registration sheets, pulling files and preparing payment logs. |
